– Identify your Lessons/Modules names
– Determine your Learning Objectives
– Establish your Training Delivery Method per lesson
– Identify your activities/instructional strategy for the training
– Determine your resources to flesh out each lesson.
– Go back to your workplace with a Training initiative including an action plan using our ISD model
