It’s often because organizations have perceived training needs and do NOT follow an Instructional Systems Design (ISD) process. The Instructional Systems Design Training in USA is for those that either create training materials for their organization or manage training developers. You will learn the most globally used process for creating training solutions in an organization.
This workshop is composed of 5 phases of the A.D.D.I.E model. Each can be taken separately or paid for as a package. It’s required that they be taken in sequence.

Each workshop is highly interactive and requires that participants be at an individual workstation with reliable internet connection, built in mic or headset and a webcam.
